We Wrapped Production — Next Stop: Post!

Dear Witch, Please! Supporters,

We hope this message finds you well and thriving! We’re so excited to share that we officially wrapped production on Witch, Please! the weekend of Juneteenth! It’s a major milestone for our team, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the love, encouragement, and support from you—our incredible community.

Now, we’re heading into the next magical phase: post-production. This includes editing, sound design, special effects, music composition, and color correction. Just like our set crew, our post team will also be made up of talented Black creatives—because uplifting our community is central to everything we do.

To help bring Witch, Please! across the finish line, we’re raising $4,000 for post. And we’ve got some exciting ways for you to continue being a part of the journey:

ATLANTA FAM! We’re bringing back our beloved Portrait Pop-Up at Black Coffee on Friday, August 23 from 1-5pm. Come through, get a beautiful portrait taken, and support Black indie film in the process.

OUT-OF-TOWN SUPPORTERS! Don’t worry—we’ve got something for you too. With the launch of the official Witch, Please! website, you will be able to donate directly from the site at your convenience.
